| The Scottish town of Motherwell has had a couple of greyhound tracks in the past, the earliest of which was at Clyde Valley and situated at 4° 0' W 55° 47' N. The track at the Sports Ground on Airbles Road opened its gates for the first time on 22nd July 1932. |

The independently run track was popular and remained open for almost 30 years, closing in December 1959. |
